West Elks Wine Trail August 6-8

THE WINERY WILL BE OPEN FOR TASTING AND TOURS THROUGHOUT THE EVENT FROM 10:00 AM TO 4:00 PM.

Guests will be offered a barrel tasting of 2010 vintage before dinner.

APPETIZERS BY THE POND
IMAM BAYALDI — Spiced marinated tomatoes on eggplant rounds
DOLMADES — Fresh picked grape leaves stuffed with pine nuts, rice and spices
KEFTEDES — Lamb meatballs with fennel and lemon and dill
MAIN COURSES
SLOW SPITTED LAMB — Served with Tzatziki or Pear Chutney
SPANOKOPETA — Filo wrapped spinach and feta
MOUSSAKA — Choose from Pam's elk version of this eggplant dish with fresh goat cheese
or a vegetarian version
GREEK SALAD — Pam will be serving a green salad, a garlic pepper salad or
a Greek leek salad, depending on what is ready in our garden
DESSERT
PEACHCOPETA — with Cherries Jubilee Sauce and Lavender Honey Ice Cream
